We arrived at my place.... The Hyatt Regency, right on the promenade overlooking the Mediterranean!!! GORGEOUS.... We got our room and were shocked. It looked out at an old apartment building with people's laundry and janitorial supplies. We called downstairs and complained. They offered us the same room 2 floors up! Are you kidding? With what we paid? After much kind, gentle, diplomatic and persistence,they moved us to a room with an ocean view. A well deserved room for a Hyatt at the Hyatt!
No sand.... Laying and walking on large pebbles.... Ouch!
