We began the day with another great breakfast, then off to Eze. We toured the perfume factory and then walked through the tiny cobblestoned village. Lots of little tiny shops tucked into the walls.
The hospitality suite food was plenty for us for lunch when we got back. We then began to pack as we had SO SO SO much stuff.....We arrived from Israel already overloaded. We would leave very early the next morning so packing.... was a must! It took us 1.5 hours to pack!
At 5:30 everyone got on the bus to board our cruise boat/ship in the Marina. When we got on board we found a table inside for all of us. We had noticed it was windy earlier day, so we took Bonine before boarding. Within minutes, I knew, it would be rough for me. The boat was rocking even while docked! I thought to myself.....I can do this....I can do this! The longer I sat, the more concerned I was ( for getting seasick). I asked the captain if it would be calmer out at sea. The answer was .... "It would the same"
THAT clinched it for me.... I was getting off! I apologized to my colleagues and they understood. I took a photo of the happy faces on the boat as I was leaving. Then off we went to meet everyone at the castle. (About a 1 1/2 hour drive.). During our bus ride we got word that we would be making a stop at the Nice Marina (about a half hour ride) to pick up a few people on the boat who were getting sick. Once there, we were surprised to hear that EVERYONE was getting off the boat as the waves were going over the first deck of the boat and even those on the top deck were getting soaked. People were getting thrown from their seats and food was sliding off the tables.....Way too many green and white faced people getting off the boat !!! Edna made a really good decision and I didn't want her to be alone...lucky me as it would not have been pretty for either of us...
The castle was beautiful, the setting was gorgeous, the music was fun. All in all it was a lovely evening!

What fun!
